Last week I posted my weekly goals when it comes to writing. I did get my novel edited and off to my editor. Major relief. It’s a modern day gothic. We’ll see what she thinks. I’d hoped to have time to sketch out the first scene of my next project a paranomral romantic suspense novella. The characters have been running around my head all week but I haven’t had a chance to put anything down on paper (or computer screen).
Goal for this Week: Get started on Jewel of the Nile, complete through chapter 3 if possible by the end of the week.
I did get some reading time in this week. I read Say You’re Mine by Sydney Somers. Loved it and will do a review in the next day or two, so stop by again.

Congratulations on getting your editting done, terrific!!! Hope you had a great weekend as well. I am still reading the 1085 page novel Against The Day…I love it but wonder if I will ever finish it. harumph!

Kay-Somehow I can’t imagine a gothic you wrote being rubbish.
Candy Minx–I don’t think I’d have the guts to tackle a one thousand page novel to read. Just the number of pages would have me moving down the book aisle. Good luck to you.
Christine–I owe it all to you. It does feel good to get the ms off. And I whipped off the first two chapters of the novella and have three almost done. They’re rough, but they’ve got potential.
