Oye, papi. you like it mocha,
Come down a little closer and bite me en la boca
–Shakira, Rabiosa
She’s hot, she’s sexy and she has an incredible voice. Shakira hit the international stage in the 1990s and soon rocketed to the top. The Colombian pop singer has won two Grammy Awards, seven Latin Grammy Awards and countless others. She is a star in every sense of the word, taking her talent to astonishing heights, while never forgetting those who simply struggle to make it day to day. At the age of 18 she started her Pies Descalzos Foundation, whose … Read More »

Okay, he is still my go to man when it comes to yummy erotic dreams when the hubby has pissed me off.
Yes, he is the supreme daddy of late but that was before he was trooping around 7–or is that 17 little orphans–he was Brad Pitt, sexy beast supreme!
Let’s do a recap.
Legends of the Fall – Yes, this chick got all 3 brothers, now that was worthy of a Maya Banks country style menage family saga!! Yes, Brad Pitt was at the forefront of Sister Wive’s Mania. Except would this have been called Brother Husbands?

“Dear Dios: A Cuban-American Movie”byVanessa Libertad Garcia
I once gave my feature screenplay Dear Dios, in one of its early draft stages, to a good friend for reading and critique as she had been working in entertainment for over a decade. The film follows an aspiring photojournalist with a lust for bi-women and malt liquor as she spirals out of control in the hipster club scene and turns bottom-of-the-barrel temp for an LA celebrity tabloid rag. The protagonist is a Cuban-American lesbian named “Dolores Amorosa Marti.” After much anticipation, the verdict came in; she loved it. Great news! … Read More »

My trailer for Out of the Shadows is ready and I want to share it with all of you.
I’m fortunate to have very talented friends who helped with photography and music. I absolutely love the sound that was specially created for this trailer. Isn’t it amazing? For me, it totally captures the Aztec feel that is the heart of my shadow warrior series.
You can watch it below or at this YouTube link:

Thank you for having me. I’m so happy to get involved in celebrating my Latina roots amongst other creative writers.
Originally, I wanted to take this opportunity to talk about why we need more Hispanic Literature, whether it’s romance, literary, fantasy, or mystery. But you already know that. Then, the other day as I was browsing through Publisher’s Weekly, I came across an article that talked about how major Hispanics, such as Mario Lopez and Perez Hilton, will be releasing picture books. Congratulations to them. It’s nothing new that publishers are trying to capitalize on celebrities, but then what happens to … Read More »

Thank you for joining me here. I’m a virgin 6SS’er. This is my first post (hopefully of many). Your comments are always appreciated!
I’m a bit nervous about this being my first time experience (getting goosebumps just thinking about it).
Here’s a snippet from OUT OF THE SHADOWS, the first time Carolina lays eyes on mysterious wolf that has entered her domain.
Hope you enjoy it!
Goose bumps prickled her skin.
Her tattoo, a gift from the goddess, began a slow burn on her shoulder, a sure sign that evil was approaching.
She felt the heat radiating through the fabric … Read More »

That’s the tag line for author Christie Craig. I like dark, edgy reads, but if you were to check my shelves (or my Kindle) you’d also see a lot of mysteries and stories that fall on the lighter side. And authors that make me laugh? I snap them up like candy.
It isn’t easy to write humor. It takes a solid wit and an intuitive sense of timing. Comedians practice and practice to be funny. It’s isn’t easy for the writer, either. Jokes can and do fall flat and once you’ve bombed, well, it’s hard to get that audience … Read More »

Antonio Banderas is a classic beauty, he only gets better with age. Still, I loved him as ayoung man, firm, hauty and sexy as hell. He evokes a Spanish serande and makes me want to take up Flamenco just so I can swing my skirt up an d around him. Simply charming and elegant.
He can be mysterious and sexy and the next minute, funny, adorable and just so loveable. Puss in Boots rocks! Check out this bad kitty in the movie trailer for PUSS IN BOOTS.
Divine beauty.
Wish he would come along and grab me up onto his … Read More »
