Man Candy Monday #4 – USA Men’s Diving Team

Last week the US Olympic Diving Trails happened and there were some outstanding athlete that dove into history and will be part of the USA Diving Team. Check out who made it here.

According to NBC News correspondent: David Boudia is among the world’s best
“Not only does David Boudia compete the difficult dives, he completes them to near perfection. Boudia’s most difficult dives, back three and one half somersaults pike (207B) , back two and one half somersaults with two and one half twist (5255B), back armstand double somersault with two and one half twists (6245D), and forward four and one half somersaults (109C) (I know, crazy!), all carry a degree of difficulty of 3.6 or above (that’s a lot). With a few minor tweaks on Boudia’s part, those dives will score in the 9s and 10s in London. For years, the main advantage China had over the world was their ability to enter the water without a splash every single incredibly tough dive. In 2012, China no longer has that advantage, as Boudia “rips” with the best of them.”

I highly agree. Check out these amazing pictures of what the male body can do in mid-air. David Boudia and Nick McCory take my breath away. Now that is one sync team I can get between:)
