Well, I’m working on my next book and I’m getting hung up on the name for my heroine. She’s Latina and she’s gutsy. She’s in a situation over her head, but in the name of family, she’ll tough it out. I’m tired of calling her “h” for heroine in my plotting notes. So, I’ve come up with a list of names. I do have a favorite I’m leaning towards. I’ve also rejected a few. In my city, they started

A friend of mine does lots of arts articles for the paper. I ran into her as she was on the way to do an interview with the writer of such greats as All in the Family and the Odd Couple (least that’s what she said). He was in town for a play of his that was being put on and she got the assignment to talk to him about it.

Now I happen to remember those shows, which got me to thinking about all the other shows that were reruns but which I watched
