Doesn’t every princess deserve a prince charming and their happily ever after?
Well, it seems that way for everyone else but Lola Guzman. The wedding of the century that was supposed to unite the two werewolf clans of New Jersey is falling apart and fast. The bride has run away to fairyland and Lola’s sister has tricked the groom into marrying her using an enchantment spell. Lola could tell the two head alpha males and the wedding guests that the wedding is called off, but if there is one thing she detests more than war, it is ruining a perfectly good party.
She has three choices:
- Tell the DJ to spin the record and get this party started
- Move to Pennsylvania and become Amish
- Call upon her fairy-godmother
When she takes the red cloak from her crazy, drunk fairy godmother, Madrina Hady, she thought it was because it went well with her dress and lipstick, not because she would use it to break into fairyland and bring back Rosario! Lola is one chick that doesn’t do rescues, plus she doesn’t want to exchange her bridesmaid gown for a warrior tunic. She is going to need a knight in shining armor and who better to play hero, than Rosario’s alpha wolf brother and Jersey City detective, Edmundo Garcia.
Together they will have to infiltrate fairyland and disguise themselves as a traveling couple in order to thwart the prince’s guards looking for werewolves. Time is running out and nothing is going their way. If they don’t find the runaway bride or a million dollars before Paloma’s enchantment spell wears off, then it is war between their clans or worse, losing both their sisters forever. Will they be able to solve the mysteries in time or will they both be Destined Ever After to be trapped in fairyland?
